Our aim is to provide you with a quality product at a reasonable price.

When placing an order with Durham Decoys & Shooting Supplies, the customer is confirming that he/she is over 18 years of age and has read these terms and conditions.

These Terms and conditions apply to all sales made and goods supplied by Durham Decoys & Shooting Supplies.

 

Postage & Packaging Costs

 

Postage & Packaging costs are included in the selling price for all items on the website. This applies to mainland UK and Northern Ireland only. Customers from outside of the UK including Scottish Highlands, UK Islands or the Republic of Ireland should contact Durham Decoys & Shooting Supplies prior to placing an order via the website to enable us to source a courier to meet the buyers requirements. Any order placed from the Scottish Highlands or UK Islands prior to consultation with us, where the postage costs are in excess of mainland UK postage costs will be cancelled and a full refund will be given.

 

Deliveries

Apart from weekend orders, goods will normally be despatched within 24 hours of payment. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer at the time of order. Once the order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed.Durham Decoys & Shooting Supplies cannot be held responsible for couriers not meeting their advertised delivery times.

Returns & Cancellations

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us prior to returning any item or items. Providing contact is made within 10 days from delivery and we are satisfied your complaint is valid, we will refund 100% of the purchase price of the item/items (excluding any P&P, eBay & PayPal charges). Items should be returned unused, free from damage (unless damage is the reason for return) and in as much of the original packaging as is reasonably possible. Refunds will be made on receipt and satisfactory inspection of the item/items by us.

Although every effort is made to ensure your purchase reaches you in satisfactory condition, should the goods you receive be defective or incorrect in any way, as long as replacement items are in stock, we will replace them, otherwise a full refund will be given. Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights.

The customer will be responsible for the return of items at their own cost, from orders that may be cancelled after goods have been despatched.

Payments can be made securely via PayPal, even if the purchaser does not have a PayPal account (https://www.paypal.com/uk/cardpayments). PayPal’s fraud prevention measures still apply.  PayPal accepts all major credit & debit cards. We also accept electronic bank transfer, our bank details are printed on your invoice.  Cheques should be made payable to Durham Decoys & Shooting Supplies and the invoice number written on the back. (Note, goods will not be despatched until your cheque has cleared, normally within 5 working days)
